Up For Auction: Led Zeppelin 1969 Atlantic Records Press Kit SIGNED by All Four Band Members!

Psychedelic Art Exchange is thrilled to announce that we are offering multiple once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for collectors in our current April Mega Sale poster auction! While we always strive to offer the best concert posters in each of our auctions, the mega sales lend themselves to bringing in a diverse selection of music ephemera. One of these items is lot #4, which contains an original Led Zeppelin Atlantic Records Press kit from 1969! The press kit was created ahead of the release of Led Zeppelin’s self-titled first album, which was released in January of 1969. At this time, Led Zeppelin was in the middle of their first North American tour, which had begun in December of 1968. This tour helped the band establish a fan base in the U.S., which contributed to their great commercial success in the country later on. Perhaps the most exciting thing about this lot is that one of the items includes authentic autographs from all four members of the band! Every piece of this press kit is 100% authentic, including the autographs, and is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity. “The provenance is excellent, the source is solid, and the material itself reeks of authenticity” said Psychedelic Art Exchange’s president, Glen Trosch, “this consignment is beyond reproach.”

The press kit includes five different items. The first is an original press clipping from the San Francisco Examiner dated January 11, 1969 with the headline “Impressive New Rock Group”. Also included is a written history and biography of the band, as well as a press release from Atlantic Records. Additionally, three publicity photos are included, one of which features authentic signatures from Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Bonham, and John Paul Jones! These are amazing pieces of memorabilia from the band that changed rock music forever. Zeppelin signed pieces alone have gone for over $11,000 at auction in the past, and this lot includes extra items! This lot presents a unique opportunity to own early, authentic material from one of the greatest bands in rock and roll history, and should not be overlooked.

The April Mega Sale ends on Thursday, April 29th at 9:00 pm EDT!
