WANTED: Consignments for Spring Auction Event, 40 years of Phish!

Phishing for Quality Consignments

Phish first took the stage in December 1983. What began as a simple good time has evolved into a live music phenomenon that begs comparison and defies simple classification. Rock, Jam, Jazz, Funk, experimental... The list goes on. It’s a groove, it’s 40 years old, and guess what? Their stuff is now collectible, valuable, interesting, and hard to find. In light of those conditions, Psychedelic Art Exchange is planning a public auction dedicated to the posters of Phish.

The band’s quirky aesthetic, as unique as their sound, has left a paper trail of interesting and scarce artifacts that rarely make it into the hands of new collectors. Early Phish posters are held tightly and seldom become available for public sale.

Our first-ever All-Phish sale will also create a milestone for PAE auctions. We will introduce a full-color preview catalog and a live auction for our buyers to attend!

There are several spectacular items surfacing… such as this flyer from the FIRST Phish Halloween experience at Goddard College in 1986!

PAE is now accepting quality consignments including:

  • Gig posters
  • Flyers
  • Anything Pollock
  • Limited Edition screen-prints
  • Tickets
  • T-Shirts
  • Unusual Merch & Promo material

Now poster phreaks, check your stash carefully, there may be hidden gems in your files. We promise to find them good homes.

Subscribers to the PAE newsletter now have the first opportunity to consign to this inaugural event. Don’t delay, the Consignment Deadline is November 15th.

Inquiries should be directed to Glen Trosch at glen@concertpostergallery.com or by calling 410-464-6180.
